Am also back for about two months now, and it really helps to keep track of what I eat on the food journal, which I did not do before

you're on the right track stay strong, take it slow, and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day, just get back on track the next day I have about 45 pounds to lose, and it has not been easy but am determined.
