Hi Everyone, and good luck to you all.
I am looking forward to this challenge and, hopefully, reach my 20 lbs goal. In February I lost nearly 7 lbs with a few hiccups. For March my plan is to increase activity, stay logging in everyday, and to start measuring my meats and then reevaluate and see what else can be improved on. Also checking here lots. I have both high blood pressure and hynothyroidism and am working on what are the best foods for me, plus a husband who loves all the foods that I shouldn't eat. LOL

This is just a RESTING moment to pause and reflect and remember your WHY! Why do you want to be healthy? You must allow what you have learned to become part of who you are before you push forward again!0 -
