    I was diagnosed as a diabetic in October. My why is too keep myself healthy and not to let me weight stop me like it has in the past. I am down 88 lbs and have really been struggling to loose more.

    I'm in too. I weigh in Tuesdays if that's ok. My goal is to lose 15lbs in 3 months. Totally doable. Why? For me - I need to be held accountable to do what I said I would do for myself. I have no problem doing for others. I need to keep telling myself...I am not depriving myself, this is not punishment. Losing weight is the gift to myself and it will be worth it.

    I started logging again on MFP on 2/5/2016. I have lost 16.4 pounds so far and have at least 50 more pounds to lose. Though I am really motivated I thought it would be good for me to have a group to be accountable to and to be able to provide support to others. Several years ago I lost 97 pounds, but struggled with the work/life balance and gained 67 pounds back by allowing work to be my excuse. No more excuses...let's do this!

    This challenge has already helped me to make better choices. We went out for Mexican food for lunch and I found a healthier option, and I've been drinking tea or water. :) Happy Sunday, everyone!

    Hi there...I love these challenges! I am at about 276 as of today, so my goal for beginning of May is going to be 258. My goal is to hit 250 by the end of May, so hopefully I get it. Just shy of 80 pounds lost since last fall :-)

    Started my mini challenges yesterday and really hope I can continue.

    AM exercise - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings - 30 Day Shred - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings (Paul Katami)

    Evening exercise 6 minutes of kettle bell swings - Ripped in 30 - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings (Paul Katami)

    I also plan on working with Daily Burn - Live to Fail weight training program. But my main goal is to stick with 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30.
