    This challenge has already helped me to make better choices. We went out for Mexican food for lunch and I found a healthier option, and I've been drinking tea or water. :) Happy Sunday, everyone!

    I started logging again on MFP on 2/5/2016. I have lost 16.4 pounds so far and have at least 50 more pounds to lose. Though I am really motivated I thought it would be good for me to have a group to be accountable to and to be able to provide support to others. Several years ago I lost 97 pounds, but struggled with the work/life balance and gained 67 pounds back by allowing work to be my excuse. No more excuses...let's do this!

    Hi there...I love these challenges! I am at about 276 as of today, so my goal for beginning of May is going to be 258. My goal is to hit 250 by the end of May, so hopefully I get it. Just shy of 80 pounds lost since last fall :-)

    Thanks for those encouraging words, which are so true. I would love to join, need this more than anything.

    Started my mini challenges yesterday and really hope I can continue.

    AM exercise - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings - 30 Day Shred - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings (Paul Katami)

    Evening exercise 6 minutes of kettle bell swings - Ripped in 30 - 6 minutes of kettle bell swings (Paul Katami)

    I also plan on working with Daily Burn - Live to Fail weight training program. But my main goal is to stick with 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30.

    Brand new to a MFP Challenge.....so very excited for the support and motivation. I need to be accountable. I've lost about 12 lbs. so far. It's been a slow go.....I keep losing and gaining the same three pounds so hopefully this challenge and the support will help.

    I am a retired elementary school teacher and a new grandmother....so I want more energy and to be healthier for me and my family.

    Yay, let's keep doing this. My winter goal was achieved and I lost 9 kg. I think I'll set a goal of losing 5 kg in 2 months. I'm not in a hurry anyway and I feel quite well with my loss so far. So here I go:
    Current and starting weight for challenge: 86.7 kg
    Goal weight for May 3Rd: 81.6 kg
    Mini goal: 83 kg for my birthday April 17th.

    ENCOURAGING WORD...

    Frustration is your enemy. You cannot accomplish what you wish when you allow your emotions to take over in any situation. Quiet your soul, and allow all the WISDOM you need to help you do ALL that is necessary. Most of us know what to do or not to do in any given situation. Let's accomplish our goals by moving in that direction!
