    ENCOURAGING WORD...

    When your forward momentum seems to have stalled, be still. Flailing around will only set you back. There is no need to worry that you have lost ground. This is just a RESTING moment to pause and reflect and remember your WHY! Why do you want to be healthy? You must allow what you have learned to become part of who you are before you push forward again!
