    ENCOURAGING WORD...

    Refuse to allow worry to overtake you in your current situation. You may be worrying over this thing called weight loss, but when did worry ever get you results? What you cannot accomplish on your own, seek out good resources to help you. Everyone is on different journey and a different season in their life, so when it seems some things are beyond your control it may just require a little intervention. Consult a Doctor, a Weight Loss Consultant, a Fitness Trainer etc...don't allow your worry to overtake you!

    How did week one go for you? Have you remembered your WHY? I've reminded myself of my 'WHY' this morning as I am traveling to see our grandchildren. Maybe you've got off to a slow start...now is the time to get up, dust yourself off, and begin to move forward with strength and confidence to overcome! Be strong and courageous! Let's do this!
