I am almost to my first goal-to be under 200 (4 to go!). Highest weight was 375+, developed an allergy to scales after that weigh-in. An EGD or colonoscopy is the best way to diagnose intolerance. Insurance usually covers diagnostic scopes, not to sure tho-don't work with insurance too much.
