LOVE THIS! So easy and only 177 calories per bar. The name is kinda long to say so my cousin and I call them C2 bars.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:
1 roll of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cook Dough
1 8oz package of weight watchers cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 of Domino light sugar

Directions:
Cut cookie dough in half. With floured hands, press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of an 8x8 pan. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar and egg. Mix until smooth. Pour in pan over cookie dough. Take second half of cookie dough and crumble it on top of the cream cheese mixture (Try to distribute evenly. Every time I have made these after its been baked it forms a full top layer) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until golden and firm to touch. Take out and let cool. Then place in refrigerator for about 2 hours or until chilled.

Serve. Makes 16 bars.

haha I make them when I am not hungry and cut them into bars as soon as they are done so I know exactly how much I am eating! Although my cousin and husband have sat down and ate 6...LOL

Whilst it looks amazing I'm guessing that these 177 cals would blow my sugar allowance for the whole day! :-( plus I'd never eat just one! Lol.
  • These sound great!! Thanks!
