Too buff. Rather, too buffer.

Burpees.

I steer clear of all caffeine. I understand the desire to get a preworkout pump in - you're tired from work, school, the girls on Tinder you stalk - I get it. However, that's why there are jumping jacks. Motivation is a wonderful pre-workout, wouldn't you agree?

+1 on the first suggested workout plan

Sounds to me like he's checking you out - wink wink hubba hubba! Also, to the uninformed, dead lifts look like a lower back killer considering the need to keep the back straight and a slight bend in the knees. He was probably amazed by your form, rather than your function.

Luther <3 I recommend these movies: 1) Boy Wonder 2) Any Korean murder revenge movie (there are loads) 3) Saved by the Bell

I hear quite the opposite. "Uh, you need to put on weight" or "You're so skinny I can play my favorite Black Eye Peas song on your ribs." I diet simply because I have to control my fat intake - OMG I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER AND KLONDIKE HEATH BARS SO MUCH YEAH BOY!

Captain America you get a 10

Well, once I was 18. How long ago? I don't even want to think about it! You know what, if you were once 18 and don't remember how long ago that was, add me!

FYI - I have added everyone who has posted under this topic. I will be deleting you shortly.

I unfriend skinny people.

I took a week off to rest. Life is good. My body thanked me. HAD MY FIRST BEER IN FIVE MONTHS AND THEN ATE MORE PEANUT BUTTER, HOLLA!

I like to work different muscle groups on different days but I think your main goal is cardio focused. The days you do strength training, are you planning to work every muscle group? Crazy but awesome. If you go heavy weights don't worry too much about reps, concentrate on form. Compound exercises are your best friends…

Hmm, have you tried doing a push up against a wall while standing up? There shouldn't be a lot of weight in your wrists. How about also trying pushups on your knuckles, fists clenched?

Why is your protein intake so high? Are you taking a gram of protein for every lb you weigh? I'm at 150 and MFP recommends 60-80 grams of protein per day. I'm 5'6 and incredibly active, hence why I joined this awesome group. (BTW I'm a breakdancer - retired, please don't youtube me) If your goal is to build muscle, then…

What are you maintaining? You hurt yourself right?

You gals are awesome. I was doing 1400 NET calories for a month, dropped about 8-10 lbs (165 to 155) and the results were incredible. I could do dance moves that I hadn't been able to do since I was 25! I'm 30 now. However, because of the dramatic weight loss, I lost fat and muscle and became anemic. I wasn't taking in any…

Oh btw, for all of you who run and run, I envy you! Dropping weight is significantly harder when your body is used to the craziness you throw at it. I've learned to let my body image slide as of late, I mean I finally can see my abs after two years seeing them shouldn't mean anything because I always had the strength. Does…

If I'm to be honest, I actually was eating less then 1400 which was probably a really dumb move. I have learned, seriously! I just had stupid fat I couldn't get rid of and I felt bulky. Damn dancer body image! and my workout routine is mon to fri, typically sats and suns I'm teaching dance or yoga. Side note: net is how…

Right shoulder sunburned?

You play games that are over played.

I'm a victim of over training and overeating. My daily calorie intake used to be about 3000 to 4000 a day but my competitive dance training (and oriental metabolism) would manage fine. Then I retired from dance and gained 25 lbs in about six months, maybe less because I ate the same but stopped exercising! Reading your…

Your arms must be tired.

Dance Central 2 is super fun. I play with my daughter and we both do the Fresno Low like nobody's business.

I love your Earthbound Signature!

Go for it girl. You'll stop playing games with long loading screens, haha.

If I eat a pound of fat is it the same thing as eating a pound of muscle? Am I being sarcastic?

Hi everyone, My name is Dat and I have lost ten lbs in about a month and a half on MFP. I am a semi-retired breakdancer who wants to relive his youth by getting fit again. :) I'm open to folks who want to train at Balboa Park or 24 hour fitness. I'm always trying to learn new types of exercises and structured workouts. If…

They're opening on April 21st according to the letter mailed to me last week. It's the old Albertson's building next to Sport Chalet and Islands off Balboa and the 805. Basically across the street from the current 24 hour fitness.

My video game snackage: hot cheetos and mountain dew. Now that I'm cutting back every time I encounter a loading screen I do push ups or situps. Try it out. I hate loading screens.
