Some things that help for me: Make a fresh squeezed juice. Herbal teas. Really healthy snacks: homemade kale chips, sliced apples, berries and yogurt

Hi Welcome Back! I've recently cut out gluten for my autoimmune disorder. It's tough. I've found some good alternatives though. I really like baking with coconut flour and you can make muffins, pancakes, waffles and biscuits with it. They taste great.

Alcohol is really hard for me too, like nearly impossible to cut completely since socializing seems to revolve around it! I am just trying to cut back to 2 a week. And instead of fruity drinks, just doing a vodka/club soda w lime or a glass of wine.

Yep! I will let you know how the sunflower seeds work out.. my mom saw this on Dr. Oz.. apparantly everyone who had two teaspoons of sunflower seeds lost significantly more belly inches.
