  • Hi, I'm just back after almost a year of on and off the site, not really sticking to it. The last few months a couple of kilos have crept on and stayed on so its time to get serious. I'm happy to check in daily with you auntmims and see if we can get each other motivated!
  • I get confused about the carb/protein/fat ratios. I eat well but I always seem to go over my protein allowance. I still eat within my calories, but can't seem to get my protein down, in fact, I don't think I want to. Just not sure how it is supposed to work with the fairly low protein allowance I have.
  • Central Victoria - its great that there are Aussie brands on the food lists - makes things easy.

  • Ok thanks, will do that and see how I go. Have added salada with cheese and tomato for a snack today which is something I have veered away from for so long as most diets are really down on carbs. These still came within my calories so I will work with that system for a while and see what happens.
