Yes, Ive completely stopped eating fast food and cut out soda. Ive also stopped eating pasta all the time. at the gym I usually do Zumba, kickboxing, pilates and the elliptical. I probably need to do some sort of weight training but pilates is killer on the abs and kickboxing does the same to my legs.

Yeah, it is very frustrating. Im at the gym 4-5 times a week and I feel like I'm not getting results. Cant give up though!

I want in too! My starting weight was 211 Im currently around 178- 180. It seems like no matter what i do I just can't get passed it and I don't want to give up. I'm only 5ft tall and I would really like to get down to 150 or a size 8 or 10.I'm super friendly and i'd love to provide support for others and keep each other…
