Bump Im 5'0 and was 211 lbs. Today I'm about 165 - 168. I was a size 18 but now I'm a 14. I would love to be an 8!

You don't have to eat back your calories. If you are hungry you can eat a little back with out feeling so guilty and maybe some fruits or veggies but if you feel like you have enough energy and you have atleast eaten 1200 calories for the day you don't have to eat back the rest. I usually stay around 1200-1300 regardless…

I let myself go a little bit over the holiday. I still exercised but i definitely ate things i Would never eat during a regular week and I lost 2 lbs . My moms nutritionist said its good to do that every once in a while because it confuses your system especially if you have been on a routine. SO wooohoo for losing weight…

I do zumba on the days i don't feel like being on the treadmill. It usually makes me sweat depending on the instructor. If its an hour you will definitely burn some calories and its so fun! i love it

I was on an online chat way back and someone came in and said "get the harpoon, there's a whale". It was so embarrassing. Unfortunately for them they will always be rude and unlikable.But as for me ive lost 40lbs! so ha!

I saw this on the biggest loser. Turkey beef cooked with an egg in it with some peppers. Wrap it up in a whole wheat wrap. its good too
