First Day of Keto Diet. Help?
I started the keto diet today. You can check my page to see what I ate, however i was around 800 calories by the end of the day. Is that okay for the first few days to put your body into ketosis? or should I be eating more protein? any other tips?

Cauliflower spaghetti substutute
Tonight my boyfriend made me cauliflower spaghetti. Basically he boiled a head of cauliflower till it was soft and chopped it up. He also cooked lean turkey beef and then put sauce over it. My progress over the year.
I started out weighing 211 so I'm guessing thats about how much i weighed in the first picture.Today I weight 177 and my goal is to get to 150 . Im currently a size 14 and would love to be a 10 or 8 ! P.S the mirror makes me look a little thinner then in real life i think. Oh the joys of my skinny mirror.
