Tonight my boyfriend made me cauliflower spaghetti. Basically he boiled a head of cauliflower till it was soft and chopped it up. He also cooked lean turkey beef and then put sauce over it. I never thought this would taste good but it was! And you don't have to worry about all those carbs from the pasta. Definitely a good substitute for when I'm craving pasta.

Here in the UK we had a tv series called Hairy Dieters, about 2 motorbiking chefs who went on a mission to lose weight. They came up with a lasagne recipe that substituted pasta sheets with unrolled layers of leeks. I haven't tried it yet but it looked amazing! Take a look
