  • It is a very good lifestyle transition! Me and my mom started it last summer. When school started up again, I ended up going off the diet, but she stayed on it for the most part. She's lost about 60 pounds and in the summer that I did it, I lost about 30 pounds. I plan on going back on it this summer <3
  • no. I generally breathe through my nose. It's just a really odd sensation. It never really seemed alarming, but seeing as I've been doing a lot more cardio now, its kind of annoying
  • Absolutely amazing results :D I've been wanting to try P90X so bad, but I was skeptical on if it actually worked. You've made me a believer! I think I'm going to order the DVDs sometime this week...or borrow my friends.
  • It depends on how much you weigh at this point. If you only need to loose 23 pounds, then weight loss is a lot slower than a more overweight person that needs to loose say 50 or 60 pounds. I agree that 5 or 6 pounds is healthy, but 10-12 is not impossible with the right amount of work. But definitely aim for about 6 :)
