I am the same, my lower body is quite strong but my upper body is so weak I cant do the pushups eitheer. All I think of when I am trying is that if |I keep going then the little bit I can do will get easier and then I can make it harder/do more and eventually i will be able to do a whole push up. That is my mini goal…

I have a wii and I love it so much, it is great for those days when you dont want to do 'proper exercise'. A few games or some dancing and I am sweating loads and burning off loads of calories without thinking about it. Great fun, GET ONE!!!!

I totally sympathise with you. I gained loads of weight during two pregnancies and have been very slow to lose it. Easter has been a bad few days for me and I have exceeded my cals every day over the four day weekend, but I got on the scales this morning to find I hadnt put any on and I felt great.
