you should write a letter to yourself about the reasons why you shouldn't binge. and then every time you feel the overwhelming urge to eat everything in front of you, you read that letter and stay on plan. i don't know...it worked on How I Met Your Mother (sort of ;)

no, no! don't go back to mcdonalds! i know it's tough now, but if you are patient and you stick with the diet and exercise, you will find the results you want. i would weigh in once a week instead of every day. also, make sure to do strength training to build muscle and therefore burn more calories/fat. just keep at it!…

try to develop a routine go to the gym in the morning before work and school schedule in breaks so you don't completely exhaust yourself plan out what you will eat in advance so you'll stay on plan prepare healthy meals on the weekends so you can take good food with you

boob shrinkage - ACK! i don't want my boobs to shrink because I like being Diane D Cup...but I guess I will because okay if I'm Fit / Hot / Zombie Apocalypse-Surviving All Around Badass Diane. Who needs big boobs when you can be more aerodynamic! haha
