  • Hi Ladies, Angie I completely get what your saying. I went back to work in Sept and completely fell of the wagon. I am up 15 lbs not quite as high as where I started from but only about 8 lbs under it. I got rid of all my clothes that were too big and had to go buy a pair of jeans. I refuse to buy anymore. I was feeling so…

  • Thanks for that, I was wondering about the Flex. Thinking mainly that I wouldn't throw it in the washer as easily. I have know washed my FitBit One twice now and luckily it has remained unharmed by that. It did however calculate that I climbed 10 flights of stairs yesterday after it's ride in the washer/dryer.
  • I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago. While not insulin resistant yet, I am right on the edge of it. I take a cinnamon/chromium supplement everyday that does seem to help. I was previously on Metformin but the stomach pains were more than I could handle. Im not going to say it's not hard, cause it is but it can be…

  • If you have a hard time with them, do them in sets of 10 at your kitchen sink. Put your hands on the counter to kind of help you keep your balance. You can do it.

  • I go through spurts with tuna, lately though I think I have had it 2-3 times a week. It's just so quick and easy for lunch Try the Fiber One 80 Chocolate cereal it's actually good I was surprised. I add raspberries to it usually but I forgot to take some out of the freezer today. I wish I had the determination you do to…
