According to my HRM I burned 476 last week when it was a 75 minutes class and 345 or something around there this week for an hour. I have found that all the exercises in the tracker show more calories burned than my HRM show.

This is my favorite part. I love that they hook in the back like a normal bra. You don't have to be double jointed to get out of it. I buy my moving comfort's on Amazon. I have got all the Maia's for $25 or less.

I haven't really thought about it, I bought a HRM and some exercise clothes when I started and have since bought a few new tops. I think having nice family photo's done that I am not embarrassed to be in would be a nice reward.

I use 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana sliced and 1/2 cup blueberries. I also add in cinnamon. Mine comes out to around 245 calories..

Count me in, i'm 32 and 5'7", I started a month ago at 199 and with MFP am down 8 lbs. I love the accountability and support that I get here. My goal is to lose 50lbs and then go from there. Even at my smallest size 2/4 I weighed around 140. I love seeing and getting ideas for meals from everyone else.
