its not how often you go to the gym its how you workout. i used to think if i workout longer it would benefit it doesnt. secondly watch what you eat, try getting on a low calorie and or a strict calorie count diet and im sure you will lose in no time. sometimes your body gets used to the same foods and excercises. im on a…
