Looks like you are in maintenance and working out. Like everyone said more meat, chicken, fish, and eggs. Might want to try some protein powder with coconut milk.

Yes it works! It is a checks and balance tool. If you use it you will lose weight. If you want to make excuses go ahead and just looks in the mirror and see if you are happy on where you are at. If it was easy anyone could do it. It takes work and dedication. Good Luck.

That is the beauty of this lifestyle. Meals just don't mean that much anymore. You get to the point of eating just for fuel.

I do 8oz of coffee to 1 Tbs of butter and 1Tbs coconut oil. I would double for 16oz 2 Tbs of butter and 2Tbs coconut oil.

You need fat in your diet. Watch your oils. Stick with olive oil and coconut oil. Eat your avacados. Bacon is one of my favorites!
