Appropriate portion sizes and no between meal snacks but no change in what I eat.

I just started IF last week. I fast from 8:30-12:30 pm and eat from 12:30-8:30 pm. I just did it around my work schedule 8:00 am-7:30 pm. So far, I haven't been eating more than 1 meal and 1 snack. I don't get particularly hungry anymore.

I just finished day 3 of keto. I haven't really had huge sugar cravings yet. Today, I felt a mild twinge and had a few blackberries. They worked. I started drinking mineral water. The bubbles seem to help control cravings.

January goal: Get back into October's jeans Too much sugar and gluten have lead to an unfortunate belly pooch.

I just started Keto yesterday after falling off the paleo wagon. Optimally, I need to lose between 70-85 lbs but would be happy with 50-55.

If being with him makes you unhappy for any reason, leave. Life is too short. JMO

I'm 44, lost 102 lbs two years ago, and gained back 30. I'm trying to lose 50 lbs this time. I have a son who's 24 and am now raising my 4 year old niece. Add me if you want.

I don't like how my skin looks, but I have a lot of energy. Since I didn't like the way I looked and always felt tired before I lost the weight, I definitely feel like it was worth it.

I'm 5'4" and 44 years old. My goal weight is around 150. I could go lower depending on how my face looks. I tend to carry all my weight in my hips, thighs, and butt. My face and chest have a tendency to look old and bony.

Generally speaking, I'll either cut the time in half or only eat back 30-50% of the added calories MFP says I've earned. The numbers are all over the place. I figure the best bet is to overestimate calories and underestimate exercise.

Long-term depression associated with pregnancy and being stuck as a stay-at-home mom due to finances. It cost more for child care than I would make.

Once I've decided my weight loss is done, I'm going to start saving for a boob job and tummy tuck.

I'm 5'4", weigh between 155-160 on any given day, and wear anywhere from a 2-8 (US) depending on the cut and style.

Rugged...I tend toward working strong kind of men who wouldn't be caught dead in a gym.

I started out 18 months ago at a size 24 and 3x. I still have about 40 lbs to lose but have been maintaining my current weight for 7 months. Every day I'm still shocked when I can wear 6/8 and med/small. I know what size I am, but I keep expecting to see fat me in the mirror.

I agree. There is nothing like the nightmare stories I read online to reinforce the knowledge that I'm surrounded by some of the world's most wonderful people. I've received nothing but support from everyone - most distant work acquaintances to closest friends and family. In trying to support them the way I've been…

I've had a tension headache for almost 28 years that nothing can get rid off except major narcotics. I've recently began doing yoga (2x/week for 90 minutes), which has improved my posture and reduced my pain levels significantly. I still have the headache but no loner am popping Aleve/Tylenol/aspirin like candy just to get…

Day 7: I've lost 2 lbs, 2 inches off my waist, and 1 inch off my hips.

I donated the biggest clothes to Goodwill because I had 15 bags and needed pickup. My transition clothes, I give to a friend who is also trying to lose weight. What she doesn't want to keep, she takes to Goodwill.

It took me about 20 lbs. My weight would fluctuate 10 lbs without trying, so hitting 20 felt huge because I didn't gain the first 10 back.

Day 4: I'm doing better, but I'd never do the workout in the presence of anyone but my cats. I do okay until he throws in the kicks. I feel extremely off balance. Hopefully that will improve as I strengthen my core. I don't believe in wasting time worrying about the things that I'm bad at but have to admit I've always been…

Pregnancy and depression. I went into a major depression while pregnant and didn't care about or even have the energy to do anything. I maintained a heavy but steady weight for 20 years and just couldn't care enough to do anything about it. Until, my son's weight ballooned up. He was an adult still living at home, so I…

Just completed day 2. I'm going to try to complete a playlist on iTunes for exercise. Unfortunately, I appear to have absolutely no sense of rhythm. I figure at this point doing my best to keep up and keep moving for 30 minutes is the most important thing. I look really funny on my walks because I'm trying to incorporate…

I just ordered it today. I've been stuck and bouncing. I've been loosing and regaining the same 8 lbs since January. The first hundred pounds were so easy to loose but this last 20 is kicking my *kitten*, so I've decided to change everything that I've been doing. Hopefully, this will do it for me.

If you're uncomfortable with what your doctor suggests, get a new doctor. There are plenty of incompetent doctors practicing medicine.

I'm 5'4" and a little more. At 42, I'm trying to maintain between 145 -150. I don't like how old my face looks when I weigh less than that. I've gained a little, so I'm working my way back down to 150.

I used this as a kick start once after I had a baby and my brother needed to lose wait to join the Navy. I lost 10 lbs and continued losing once I began eating reasonable meals. I think I ended up losing 30 lbs.
