  • Clothes definitely but also feeling winded all the time not being able to just do all the active things I like to do. I would get tired tossing around a foot ball with my boyfriend. I was sick of feeling trapped in my own body!
  • Robin the map is awesome!! :) I'm a day late on this (: but it felt really good to accomplish some things at work.   • Lots of peole say things like that and I'm just not sure I buy it. You have to play around with it and try different things. Eating healthier is key may need to up your calories or lower them. For me it's been a quality issue vs a quantity problem. As I fix the quality of my food (eating more whole food less processed etc)…

  • Focus on making healthy changes and becoming a healthier you. The weight may not fall off you immediately , but it Will come off. and by adjusting your lifestyle you are much much more likely to keep it off (vs dropping 10 lb a week starving or doing some crazy fad diet)
