This is soooooo true. Its unfortunate but it is what it is. At the end of the day we have to make a hard choice that we have to do the right thing, eating right, working out etc. I still struggle but as of late am doing better. He knows my goal and that this is the right thing to do. good luck!

I've always washed my hair every day with no issue, working out usually puts me at 2 a day. I also condition everyday (which some people worry makes their hair oily.) If dryness is an issue you might want to dry conditioning everyday. if you blow dry too you may want a heat activated shampoo.

I had that happen during a core strength / Cardio class. It kicked my butt. I just had to rest for a little bit and drink water. I think it just happens when we push ourselves way beyond whAt we r used to.
