  • Looks a lot better!!! Good for you! Its amazing what just 20 lbs can do. When we lose it we're like oh just 20 lbs, but I compare it to say a 20 lb bag of cat food, or a baby/child that weighs about 20 lbs, pic it up and carry that around again & your like wow, that is a lot!!!

  • i have heard on here that some people have bumped up their calorie intake and they get out of the plateau. Not that this really matters, but are you sure you only burn the (i think it said 158 calories?) I havent done that 30day shred but Id think it would burn more???

  • for the most part, yes I do record my food, I just noticed though last tuesday was the first week I recorded a tuesday, I think it is because I have my cheat meal that night, but I eat good throughout the day. But I do have other days Iv kinda cheated went over that I have recorded

  • Since I am in a competition, I do not have cheat days but have had a cheat meal. I have had 2 higher calorie meals in one week before and been ok at weigh in day. I have done weight watchers too and before they started the newer programs, I had figured out if I had ONE meal I did not account for I would still do good.…

  • Maybe you could get a cheap heart rate monitor (HRM). I like mine for when I do zumba classes that way I know my calorie burn. You can get cheap ones, mine was a present but think was under $30 on sale.

  • Great job! you look like a brand new person! I know the feeling i have a before pic im embarrassed to post but I will eventually. Im like why did I let myself get so bad! When looking at your before and after it looks as if your whole body just got an uplift, even to the smile from the sad face!

  • My exercise instructor told me to drink a gallon of water a day. That is 128oz. I do not always drink all but I am very close! This came from a certified personal trainer so it should be right. But I have also heard the drink half your weight in oz too!
