  • I come from a larger family (large frames, most everyone is tall) and pretty much all of them have failed on diets, exercise, whatever. They say it's because "we're meant to be bigger" but I disagree...I think it comes from a lack of willpower. Anyway, every time I've tried losing weight, they've all been very supportive…
  • Eh...this was really incorrect. It said that I'm Android shaped, and while I do have very strong muscles, I don't have small hips, nor a thick waist.
  • I'm doing it right now :) I'm not doing the injections or the drops...I'm starting the drops in June. Right now, I'm just doing the diet, and it's working wonders! I feel better than I ever have before!
  • My challenge has always been sweets...so I'm challenging myself to not eat more than 10 grams of added sugar per day. It's not a fitness goal, but it's a wellness goal I hope to make a reality in May :)
  • Haha, it all depends on who it is that's in the changing room with me. I'm usually all sorts of fine, but when it comes to girls I find attractive (not that I'd do anything about it; I'm happily taken) I get really awkward about them finding out I'm gay, because I don't want them to think I'm ogling them while they're…
  • Thank you! That was just some of the advice I was looking for :D Also, I was surprised...I love PacSun's bikinis, too. Especially one with anchors on it...so sweet!
  • Thank you so much! They all look really great :) I checked out Target and a few other places...now I'm just trying to decide. I'd originally found one on Ujena, but their suits run upwards of $150 :(
  • I've never done juice fasting, but I've done water and tea fasting, and those always make me feel loads better, even after only a few days.
  • Uhm...well. I know I'll probably get razzed hardcore for this, but have you ever just considered lipo? If you lose that last six pounds and it still isn't perfect, well, I don't think there's anything wrong with a little help. One afternoon in the doctor's office and you can be back to your regular life in no time...with…
  • Either Marilyn Monroe or Bettie Page :) Not Bettie's face, because I like my face...but her body is to die for!
  • Back and delts! Back and delts! :D
  • Well...I read a lot of women who say they can't survive on "only" 1200 calories a day, but honestly, even when I feel like I'm binging (say, like yesterday) I still come up at 50 calories below my goal. Usually I'm short about 200. I've never really eaten that much and joining MFP really hasn't changed that. It's just…
  • I never try to eat just to catch up to the 1200. It's kind of boring, honestly, and I think food should always be thoroughly enjoyed...eating just to consume seems so terribly boring.
  • Way too much cute...
  • Well...the BMI says I shouldn't be in healthy range until I hit 145...which, for my frame size, is just barely inside the range that I should be for a healthy body. I don't pay much attention to BMI, because it's really not good unless you have a medium or small frame.
  • Buffalo wings and fries. Seriously, I could eat it for days and days without feeling tired of it...they're so good!
  • My girlfriend and I moved into an apartment together, and after about a year, we were over at her parents' house when I decided to step on the scale "for fun." It read that I'd crossed (very, very vaguely) into the 200s. I guess there had been some imaginary border set up in my mind because I cried, and cried and cried for…
  • It seems like what happened with me was, I lost about twenty pounds, and kept measuring and measuring without any changes...then, BAM! Overnight, I lost like two inches off my hips, two off my waist and one off each thigh. I was so puzzled.
  • Oh I most definitely do :) I just plan ahead so I can log in whatever I'm going to eat, and plan around it. I try to not eat more than once every one or two weeks, because the sodium contents cause such bad water retention. However, I love fast food as a treat, and don't see any problem with indulging every once in a…
  • I love putting chicken breast in the crock pot with about three tablespoons of tomato paste, some sliced onion, chopped garlic, a tablespoon or three of pureed chipotle chilis, and a bit of water. Put it on low for eight hours, then stir in one tablespoon of chunky peanut butter per two people eating it, and shred. Served…
  • I really like peanut butter with half a banana :) it's super tasty, and if you cut the banana in half lengthwise, then in half again through the center top, you can spread the peanut butter in it and make it a sandwich! I also love oranges (peel them and put the separated segments in a baggie) as well as boiled eggs, small…
  • I don't know, but whenever I go to the doctor, I just request to give them the weight I saw that morning. I hate being weighed on those scales...they always make me think of livestock being weighed and sorted for the slaughter.
  • Most of the time, my "lying" is out of sheer laziness, like if I've eaten a bunch of little things and log 90% but don't want to comb through the database to find the other 10. Sometimes I increase my calorie intake so the calorie monitor won't yell at me about starvation mode once I've logged everything.
  • I love blending my tofu and adding in chocolate sauce, cocoa powder and some sweetener to make a chocolate pudding :) it's delicious!
  • :) I'm 19, 5'3" SW: 202 CW: 181 GW: between 120 and 130 Frame size: large
  • I like the third :) but...if you're getting married, shouldn't your siggie oh be the final deciding factor?
  • In women: confidence, swagger, and some mighty-fine guns. I also like a woman with a bit of an edge on her, with some intelligence and great humor. In men: as shallow as it is, if they look like Abercrombie models, or like they stepped out of a Calvin Klein catalogue, they're good. He could be dumb as dirt, but I love me a…
  • I think attitude has a lot to do with it...I think my girlfriend is the most gorgeous woman alive (I also thought this before we started dating) but, to be honest, her personality is difficult to wade through when you first meet her. She can be rather intimidating. However, if you're nice, smart, funny and pretty...just…
  • I think it really depends on how many tattoos there are, and whether they flow or are just placed seemingly randomly. I really like a few tattoos (I'm super partial to cut biceps with little armbands) but sleeves, or huge tattoos? Not so much. For myself, I plan to get a full-body work done after I reach my ugw and fitness…
