I have 1kg weight (just under a pound) but I felt like they works in some exercises but not with others so will use 3kg weights for the easier one to make it a little harder.m

I am going to attempt to do the 30 days straight and see how I go, although if. Am it keeping up with a level I will not move on to the next, I am also doing walk away the pound 5 mile walk everyday and c25k three times a week, I am in week 4 of this and found tha it has helped me keep p with the cardio in the 30day shred.

I would give it a go and make sure your form is perfect rather than keeping up, I am a heavy girl and when jumping or anything really I need to be sure me form is right or the weight all goes to my knees to carry and I will get injured. So focus on form rather than how many reps.

I always thought it better to eat after a workout but I was reading some tips on the Jillian Michaels app and she said that's a myth it doesn't really matter when you eat. It's a personal preference.

what Jillian Micheal's DVDs other than 30 day shred do you recommend for a beginner. I attempted 30 day shred and it was too much to begin with.

I am completed week 1 day 3 yesterday and it is my first time doing the program, i am amazed at the results in just three sessions.. I am still not sure when it is ok to move to the next week. Does anyone know?

I would like to join. I have just had a baby and am now ready to go. I am in Australia and have loads of Leslie's DVD so I am happy to give it a go. Lets say that I would like to do 30miles to begin with. I will make sure I catch up too. Lets get moving.

Thanks guys I sure do have a HRM had to stop workng out cause of a knee injury. I did Zumba before but it was harsh on the knees. I want to keep moving but dont want to do anymore damage. What is the best HR to be at when working out anyway, I have a polar ft7 and it tells me when I am in the fat burning zone but I am not…

I just saw online just how many DVD she has Walk your Belly Flat .. is the one I am looking at getting but it is really hard to find in Australia and the shipping cost from the US is crazy.. if anyone knows another option do tell?

Did the complete DVD tonight and yes although I didnt feel completely wrecked at the end of the 4miles.. I was sweating a heap and burnt more calories in this work out then all the others I have tried. Loved it .. will be looking to see if there are any more that I can get..
