I loved it! My only tip is to keep at it. I couldn't run at all when I started and I finished the 5km and then got the app for the 10km and am working towards a half marathon now. Sometimes I had to repeat weeks before I moved to the next but it works. Just keep at it

Too a rest day yesterday so. Will do day 8 today. Weigh was today and I lost 1.4kg this week, that 3.1pounds level 2 is really shredding more... But the workout is more intense.. I am scared of level 3 but bring it on.

Yep those lunges kill my knees .... But really starting to enjoy this level. Made it through all plank moves modified without resting.. Yay... I will take a few weeks on another program then prob start this one again.m

I am so sore in my arms, but enjoyed it.. I am really pushing myself to stay in plank as long as I can... The legs part is no pron it's the weight in the arms.. Kills me..

Did this last night and day two was tough, did most plank stuff modified but abs and cardio were not. Sweating much more this round.

Well done for getting through level 1, I could hardly make it through with my knees first time i Tried only lasted one day. I did walk away the pounds DVD by Leslie Sansone and it strengthened my knees and now I am fine. Worth a try... All the best

Day 8 done. I am much more exhausted yesterday and toda then before, but. Am going deeper in my lunges and am using a 3kg (almost 7lnbs i thnk) set of dumbbells in most of the exercises. We had a big day out too went for and hour walk pushing the two kids up the hill in the heat and all, the went to the beach after lunch so the kids could play and went for a swim and fish and salad for dinner., then 2 hour drive home... Here is Aussie it is day two officially but I started a day early and although i am in pain I was able to make it through the entire level one with 3 stops for 2 seconds and of course doing wall push ups. But I can already see definition in my arms.. it is crazy:happy:
