I just got my Fitbit blaze today and the steps have synced and weights etc but not my food diary please help?

Hi, This is my second week in and we just can not afford for me to have a gym membership. I have a few dvds and have done walk away the pounds, fat burning for dummies etc but I am wondering what everyone else is doing?

Hi All, I am wanting to work on my strength cause I have never done any sort of strength training consistently , I am into week 3 of this journey so I still have a heap of weight to drop. Hi All, This week is my second week and I only lost 0.2kg which is nothing compared to me 1st week of 4.9kg. Do you think it is because I am not eating back my exercise calories? Wii Fit... How accurate it is?
Hi All, I have been on this journey with MFP for a week and have been using the Wii Fii to track weight and calories for exercise. Is anyone else just using the Wii and how has it worked? Is it accurate? I am happy with the figures for the week but I am doubting the accuracy. Anyone else feel the same??:huh:
