I have been so pumped about my journey and my motivation of having another baby but looks like I might have to put the brakes on.:brokenheart: Things in life at the moment are great but I need to be considerate to others when making plans. I can get a little carried away in my plans I know. So since that has come to light I feel like crap and dont really want to exercise:grumble: , I am still eating well could be better but not binge eating on junk which is the normal way I would react. What do you do when your motivation starts to decrease?

I take it one step at a time.
1. Just put on the gym clothes
2. Just get in the car
3. Just go into the gym
4. Look at the tread mill and maybe step on it.
5. Now walk
6. Now maybe speed up
Like that. Try to just to through the motions and hope things get better. They usually do.0 -
Remember why you started this in the first place. What is to feel better about yourself? Improve your health? Set a good example for family/friends? Whenever I don't feel motivated to keep pushing, I think of the reasons I decided to change in the first place. Also, I've worked SO hard already and I've seen myself go from a lazy & useless slob to a healthy, energetic human being that is capable of ANYTHING!0

You could also set a mini goal with a reward for when you get there. That helps too.0

I always look back at pictures of the old me. I get on here and surround myself with people that are going through the same thing. I am not sure of your situation but if the plan even down the road is to have a baby why not use this time to get healthy? I know between my children I busted my butt because I did not want to get pregnant while I was still pretty heavy. Just because things seem crappy now do not let that ruin the progress you have made. Stick to it, it will be more then worth it in the end.0

I do this! Just put on the shoes and the workout clothes. Then just move a couple steps. There are likely more to follow.0 -

Thanks, I did all the above.. looked at previous pictures and I just ready and went for a big walk. Took my little girl to the park and I feel so much better being in the sunshine and getting some fresh air. Thanks all0
