Chalean or 30 day shred?

Hi All,

I am wanting to work on my strength cause I have never done any sort of strength training consistently , I am into week 3 of this journey so I still have a heap of weight to drop. So not even sure if I should be doing strength training or not. What is better for beginners ChaLean or 30 day shred?

    It depends on what you want to do. I did 30 day shred and lost a ton of inches, I am doing Chalean now just started and I enjoy her personality better so far. Both are set for everyone beginners to advanced and you can use light to heavy weights. And yes do add in strength training, unless there is a medical reason why you shouldnt.
