I've been peeking almost daily, but I think I won't do an official weigh-in until day one of level 2. I'll probably do measurents that day too.0

I weigh almost every day right now. I don't always - I can go for long stretches without weighing.
No unexpected changes to report - I hope to lose a pound a week - but somehow my pants aren't as tight0 -

The battery on my scale died! It's been a good thing though....I haven't weighed myself since we started.....soooo I will wait until mid-point....or do I dare....wait until the end!?!?0

I've been sneaking a peak. I've either gained a bit or about the same. Definitely haven't lost. It's a bit discouraging. I know I should just stay off the scale and stop torturing myself0

Don't stress over it girls. I gained 3-4 the first week of Shred, then slowly got those 3-4 off and now I'm 2.2 under that even. It can be a little disheartening but if you just stick it out you'll see it go the right direction.0
