Couch to 5K?

I have started doing the couch to 5K program. Has anyone had any success with it? Or any tips?

    Yes! A few years ago I was so out of shape and that helped me so much. Just stick with the program and watch your progress. It's amazing how your body begins to adapt and can go further each time. Remember to push yourself you can do it!

    I loved it! My only tip is to keep at it. I couldn't run at all when I started and I finished the 5km and then got the app for the 10km and am working towards a half marathon now. Sometimes I had to repeat weeks before I moved to the next but it works. Just keep at it

    I was 109kg when I started it and it kick started my weight loss and fitness journey

    Worked for me.

    I started it last September and since that time have done multiple 5k & 10ks, I am currently training for a duathlon and have signed up for a half after that.

    One piece of advice: in the walking sections walk fast, in the running sections run slow...
