welcome to MFP :) sounds like you're doing a great job so far. though i think they recommend 2 liters of water per day, even more bathroom trips! aha. it's not always easy but it helps.

i literally freeze anything that isnt a salad-like thing! whether it's a curry, vegetable bake or burgers then i'll put some portions in the freezer. it's just me and my partner so i cook enough for at least 4 people so we each 2 portions and freeze 2. we have a freezer half full of meals!

greek chicken and couscous salad poached eggs and spinach on wholemeal toast vegetable bake with light mozzarella and couscous lettuce soup with wholemeal bread beetroot and goat's cheese burgers :D i love cooking~
