I finally got around to ordering my kitchen scale. I ordered it from amazon. I went with the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale. It got great reviews. Can't wait to get it and try it out.

I've done ok with eating oatmeal (plain instant oatmeal with fresh blueberries) or a fried egg white with toast/english muffin. I typically wait 30-45 minutes before I begin my workout.

MFP over estimates the number of calories I burn. Since I have been using my hrm, I have been getting better results. I personally would go with what the hrm says.

Check out info on zigzagging your calories. I hit a plateau last month. I was staying at or below my recommended calorie goal and was exercising for about 45 minutes a day, Monday-Friday. I use the 30 Day Shred. I'm actually getting ready to start it again on Monday. I always see results. I have it in my exercise video rotation. I think level 2 is the hardest. Stick with it! It won't disappoint!

I try not to eat it too often but yes I still eat it from time to time and I am still losing weight. If I know I am going to have fast food or eat out I try to budget my calories accordingly. I also workout for an hour monday-friday and somewhere between 30-40 minutes on the weekends. Exercise and moderation.

Try to cut back slowly. If you try to cut everything out at once you'll crash and burn. Believe me i know. Chewing gum helps.
