I do the Special K protein bars....10gm protein plus they come in a few different flavors. It's not so much like eating cardboard. The chocolate caramel are my favorite.

So, what you are really saying is they should increase their goal weight by 20lbs. and you think that 5'5" and 145 doesn't look good? If that's the case I'll cut you some slack! Lol. I was 130 (at 5'7") when I got married 18 years ago.....my husband thought I looked anorexic.

My children so they will have at least one parent around for a while. They lost their daddy/my husband last year to a horrific disease......CANCER. Stress also motivates me because after I work out I feel refreshed.

It's not even about the weight......it's how you LOOK and FEEL in your body. Geeezzz.....be a little nicer.
