On my diary in MFP if you scroll down to the bottom to your exercises, under your cardio exercise you will see the Fitbit tracker calorie adjustment. If you click on that, you will then need to enable negative adjustments, otherwise your calorie adjustment will show zero. Also, be sure that your Fitbit is being synced. On…

Something quick and simple.........Sara Lee brown sugar and cinnamon bread. Pop it in the toaster. I use the Mrs Butterworth's sugar free syrup. Bread is 100 calories per slice and syrup is 20 calories per 1/4 cup.

Attractiveness comes from far more than just looks. A great looking person with an awesome body can have a very poor attitude causing them to be totally unattractive. It's the 'total' package that makes a person attractive. (Of course this is just my opinion).
