I am having the same issue getting back on. I am taking it one day at a time. I will eat below my calories today.When I dont I try not to beat myself up but just try harder tomorrow. Then once I did that. I am going for a streak of a week then I will go from there. Good luck.

I find that putting my food in for the whole day helps me not munch as much through the day. Also it helps with my portions so I can play with the numbers to keep me under my daily goal. I am aiming for 2000 a day. I know my breakfast is 250-300 depending on what I choice (I have 3 go to breakfasts) Then try to stay under 600 for lunch. I know my dinner is going to be large my husband is a great cook so I budget if for 1000 each day. Anything I have left I put in some to snacks.

I use the database mostly. I try to know what I am going to eat even if it is my cheat day. However there are the times that we go some where I dont know what the calories are. Realizing that eating 2000 calories a day is really enough food and finding days that I am actually eating less than that. For me that is a big improvement. Also realizing that healthy food actually taste good and chocolate no longer has the appeal it once did.

I work 10 hour days so going to a gym after work never intrested me. Then I just decided to get a membership and I go becuase I hate paying for something I dont use. Yeah. I cheated. I went over by almost 1000 calories. I missed pop so much. So now it time to make up those calories.

I have not seen a doctor. I hurt it about a going on two weeks. I did not do anything for a couple of days and tried to do steps again. It hurts more now then it did before. I was hoping it was just sore. However since the pain contunues while my other soreness from working out is gone. I think I really hurt it.
