Well howdy,

Fired up for the third time on July 4th and kicked major butt until September first and now I am packing back that weight. Blast! Every time I feel this absolute carelessness about what I eat happen, it gets bad and then I ultimately leave and come back 6 months later just as heavy or heavier. NOT TODAY!!!!!! Hence, I am here, looking for anyone and everyone to deliver a swift kick to my senses to help me keep at it! Love my friends on here, but am thinking maybe it doesn't hurt to just have a few more ;). Hope everyone is rocking their day!

-Steve

When you find that swift kick please share. September has been a bad month. I want to just blame the month but it was my fault for not keeping my head down and doing the work. However October is a new month. So just start over!!

Don't wait till the month changes to get on that wagon! Get cracking now!
I've been yo-yo-ing all year which is driving me insane, but I'm trying my hardest to keep the momentum going. E.g. tonight I ate far too much for dinner, but after letting it all settle, I've done an evil cardio workout and am about to hoover the stairs...
Just start adding a couple of healthier habits now and then October 1st won't be such a shock to the system.

Ok, so how about I give you a swift kick if you return the favor. I have been eating over my goal, outside of my macros etc. My weight has not yo yoed thankfully yet, but if this keeps up, it surely will.

That being said. Find a way to make small steps in the right direction every day. Even baby steps in the right direction help. Park farther from the door. Walk around the block. Opt for a better food, drink, etc. They will train your mind and you will feel better about yourself which will encourage more good decisions.
