I did weight watchers for a couple of years. Honestly dont try to over eat and stuff yourself. If you have lets say 24 pts to eat and you only eat 22. Bank them. I used to just bank the extra couple of points and after 2 weeks have a chocolate bar or something you are craving just make sure whatever u have doesnt go over…

Aw dont even worry!!!! Alcohol is terrible and has soooo many calories! Sugar and salt can bloat you!! Just put into consideration that you will have to work out a little bit harder this weekend! It is definitely not the end of the world you are doing excellent!! Keep up the hard work!!!
