I ususually get up at 6, have a coffee with two sugars n head straight to gym. Breakfast is eaten once I'm done and get to work at half 9 xx

No I want real food. Myboyfriend said I should up my protein if im lifting. But I want to tone, not build. So wasn't sure what shakes I needed n wether his would work for me without turning me into Jodie Marsh!

Just have it. A treat for a special occasions ain't gunna hurt u. U can't Ho in forever being so uptight abour what u eat, everyone eatsout once in a while!

continuously. The only time it comes off is when I'm in the process of redoing it. That means foundation, concealer, powder, blusher, eyeshadow, liquid and pencil eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, mascara, lipliner, lipstick, lipgloss, and of course double false eyelashes. Even to the gym. Haha

Protein isn't bad. I'm over pretty much every day. And sugar which is somewhat worse. But don't worry, athletes, body builders, serious gym freaks load up on protein shakes several tines a day. And if you ate exercising it just helps repair and build your muscles ,

Same here. I try and save some of my 1200 caps for after dinner snacking. apaet from that I find a *kitten*,, a brew., a few dry frosties or clean teeth and go to bed!
