<3 for protein ...its the longest food source to break down / repairs muscle / speeds metabolism / carries nutrients / keeps you fuller longer ... i dont think you can overdose on it and ive eaten 150g + a day for four years and my kidneys are tip top last i checked in Jan 2012

I drink it as a replacement for milk now, the one i buy has added vitamin B and calcium and its quenches my thirst. I havent really felt a health benefit but have no common side effects of lactose, milk and i know im gettin my calcium in :)

I got spun on this whilst reading mens health uk recently. three times a week , in the evening before dinner - thats just me but it helps , everyone always says the morning after the toilet but i think thats kind of cheating as that weight is not a normal day to day weight after fluid intake and nutrients

Hit a colonic clinic on Saturday which helped shift 1.5lbs ... ..sounds a bit daunting but a good cleanser and also extra weight off Its hleped me break through that barrier of not losing anymore weight and i feel good too
