Anyone feeling that they are averaging out their breakfast/lunch/dinner by a third to get the adequate calorie /nutrient intake and then BOOM! there is the snack section ! why oh why did this get supplied :( and ..why oh why do i keep smashing over 500 cals just in snacks!!
