Anyone feeling that they are averaging out their breakfast/lunch/dinner by a third to get the adequate calorie /nutrient intake and then BOOM! there is the snack section ! why oh why did this get supplied :( and ..why oh why do i keep smashing over 500 cals just in snacks!! Anyone else finding this problem !?

    YES! I noticed last night that my snack section is the biggest section! UGH!....Maybe if I just rename my meals to "snack 1, snack 2, etc.." I'd even it out better??

    I like to snack on fruit or carrot sticks with a dip like salsa, I'm a big eater and because I work with children I need the energy to keep up with them lol, some fruits/vegetables are high calorie but I would much rather put that into my body knowing it's doing some good, than eat a chocolate bar lol. I hope you find something that works for you though:)
