Change your input categories from:

breakfast
lunch
dinner
snacks


To:
7.00am - 11.00am
11.00am - 2.00pm
2.00pm - 600pm
6.00pm - 12.00am
coffee
water


you can keep a better track on your input times, carb input and how much you are eating during the day

    I have mine set to:

    Breakfast
    AM Snack
    Lunch
    PM Snack
    Pre/Post workout
    Dinner

    Then of course the water tracker. Has definitely been more helpful for me to look at how my day is spread out! I also track calories, carbs, fats, protein, sodium, and sugar on my regular diary, and the app on my phone tracks several vitamins and nutrients on top of that.

    Ok..but I don't track times. They don't matter, and frequently breakfast is at 7 and the next chance to eat may not be tip 5. If it helps you.....great idea!

    Great tip. Your categories don't work for me, but I didn't even realize you can change that. Customizing it to how you eat, or think about food is really helpful.
