1 whole cucumber
1x lemon (rind removed)
mint leaves

- vitamin c boost and everything cucumber has in it !! low low calories

high protein / meal replacment

flaxseed powder
2x scoops protein
coconut milk
creatine
oats
banana


3 of your five a day ! (strong to stomach )

kale
spinach
3x grapefruits (skin removed)
30 - 40 red seedless grapes
