chicken broth / veg stock gives it lovely flavour i swear by it .... 20 - 25 minutes in enough water should cook it to a nutty texture - about the same time it takes to grill / roast a chicken breast!

Another easy route! Boil a kettle, pour oats into a bowl, pour boiling water on top, stir and leave for 3-4 minutes (get dressed, put the cat out, make a smoothie, watch the news, go toilet ...) it has both cooled slightly to eat straight away and milk can be added if you like it runnier :) 1/2 oats 2/3 water :)

quick tip , try different machines which measure your calorie burn over 10 - 15 minutes. then get back onto your machine.. do you feel the same burn in your lungs, lactic acid burn in your muscles and feel like youve worked out at the same level? i hope a law of averages would bring that 1,200.00 down to a more reasonable…
