Try this link to Dr. Oz. I haven't tried muesli yet but I caught his show once saying it was really healthy and I've been wanting to try it. It's on my to do list, lol.

i checked all the packages in the supermarkets on muesli and found these common ingredients:
oat bran
oat flakes
wholegrain rolled oats
barley or rye flakes
you can then go all recreational by adding the stuff you like ! i tried this :
rolled oats
wholegrain ground
flaxseed powder (or linseed )
rye flakes
dried apricots
organic dark chocolate smashed to pieces
coconut bits
cost me £17.00 and last two weeks, with most of the foundations reserved i only had to make a new one by adding new ingredients !

for got to add - keep it wholegrain and organic and you can take the measurements and calories from the packs easily0
