Not really a subject of conversation however I just wanted the community to know that after 5 weeks of religiously adding my every calorie and even roughly guessing the others which cannot be scanned I have lost around 1/2 a stone... the picture I have was before I started
I will re post my new picture to show the difference. Im not fat, i just have a sedentary job at a desk and do not want to end up with a belly.period.
stick to this at 1500 calories for 5 weeks and the results will speak for themselves

You don't look like you had a stone to lose! Good work mate. What was your starting weight and BF%? What are you aiming for?
